Summary
ISSOW Stage 1 provides delegates with a working knowledge of the Integrated Safe System of Work (ISSOW) web-based software application.
Objectives
Delegates completing an ISSOW Stage 1 training course will be able to;
- Raise a Work Control Certificate (WCC)
- Understand the processes to be followed
- Upgrade from Version 1 to Version 4
Target Audience
Performing authorities (PAs), permit users who may become PAs, permit coordinators, personnel who will be involved in the workforce team, or who are required to acknowledge and review the permit.
Prerequisites
There are no formal prerequisites for an ISSOW Stage 1 training course, however an introduction to permit to work course is recommended, and dee=legates must have basic computer and keyboard skills.
Award
An in-house training provider certificate will be issued upon successful completion of an ISSOW Stage 1 training course.
Revalidation
The certificate must be revalidated every 2 years, unless otherwise stated.
Delegates should bring
- Government issued photographic ID e.g. Driver's Licence or Passport
