Summary

Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 (EAWR89) is intended for personnel who work directly with electricity, and those who have responsibility for the health and safety of employees in their workplace.

The EAWR89 ensure employers have a legal responsibility to ensure electrical devices in the workplace are safe for personnel to operate.

Delegates will interpret EAWR89 and learn to apply the regulations in a workplace.
